Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Renobath, we aim to provide hassle-free bathroom renovation services with complete transparency. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel or reschedule services, as well as the conditions for refunds.

2. Site Visit Bookings

No refunds shall be made for site visit bookings. However, customers may request one-time rescheduling of the visit at no additional cost, subject to availability.

3. Payments

a. All payments must be made strictly in accordance with the terms mentioned in the official quotation/proposal shared with the customer.
b. Any deviation from the agreed payment schedule may result in project delays or suspension.

4. Project Cancellation

a.In the event of project cancellation by the customer, 50% of the advance payment shall be refunded.
b.If project cancellation occurs after procurement of materials or commencement of work, refund eligibility shall be reviewed on a case-to-case basis, factoring in costs already incurred.

5. Refund Processing

a. All approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
b. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment used by the customer.

6. Payment Delays


a. Delays in payments by the customer will not be tolerated, as they may directly affect project timelines.
b. Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension of work until dues are cleared, and Reno-Bath reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of repeated delays.

7. Additional Work Requests

a. Any additional tasks or changes in scope, whether inside or outside the bathroom, requested by the client, will incur additional charges.
b. Such tasks shall be quoted separately and will require advance payment before execution.

8. Force Majeure

a. Reno-Bath shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance of obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.

9. Company Rights

a. Reno-Bath reserves the right to decline refunds if the customer has breached any terms of the agreement.
b. All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where Reno-Bath operates.
